Free U.S. shipping on all orders over $45. Expedited delivery is also available for an additional cost.

Joyette B makes every effort to ship your products in a timely fashion. Orders that are $45 and over (after discounts are applied), qualify for free standard shipping. Orders with free standard shipping are usually fulfilled within 5-7 business days, unless otherwise noted.
Q: What are your shipping options?
A: We ship United States Postal Service. You can receive free First Class Shipping for orders *$45 or more or the standard rate is $5. We ship orders within 5-7 business days for Priority Shipping. We charge $5 for flat rate ground shipping of 7-10 days.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Customer satisfaction is very important to us! We are happy to accept returns for a full refund or exchange of product within 15 days of delivery date if the product is in the original condition. The customer is responsible for the shipping of the return. Please mail the package to the address below:

Q: I received my headband(s) but it is defective/broken, what should I do?
A: Email contact@joyetteb.com with a photo of the defective product, your order number, and your shipping address. As long as it has been within 30 days of purchase date, we’ll send you a replacement!
